This is a diverse and fast-paced site-based role based in Orange, NSW.
Working an 8/6 roster, with options available for FIFO (flights provided from Brisbane Airport), DIDO or local residents.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for administration duties including but not limited to: Project accruals, assisting in preparing financial reports by ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for, Purchase Orders, coding and receipting of Invoices / Dockets within our Viewpoint system Maintaining files and records, online ordering Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs effectively Manage the project travel and accommodation Data entry, administration and support to Project Managers and Engineers where required Essential Skills and Attributes Previous experience as a Project / Site Administrator ideally on a FIFO project Experience with Procurement First class communication skills Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar What's next?
