Full‐Time Permanent Position
Full‐time permanent position – 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), no weekend. Day shift 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM with overtime available. Opportunity to join a leading Australian dairy brand.
The Role
Our Bentley site located in Perth manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk‐based products, made with fresh milk sourced directly from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey, and Northcliffe regions of south‐western WA.
The team at Bentley is multicultural and diverse, spanning 20 countries worldwide. The site currently manufactures more than 70 million litres a year, including the state's number one flavoured milk product – Masters!
Reporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader, this role is to ensure all packaging functions are carried out effectively, efficiently, and timely to deliver product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste in the correct quantity when required.
The candidate will be required to work day shift on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, with overtime available.
Responsibilities
* Accurate completion and recording of all quality, testing and production‐related documents.
* Working effectively and efficiently to reduce downtime.
* Reporting safety incidents and maintenance requirements.
* Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards.
* Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures.
About you
* Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
* Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Basic computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook etc.).
* Problem‐solving skills – ability to identify options and develop solutions.
* Mechanical aptitude – ability to identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
