About This Role
The Site Engineer will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, the successful candidate will assist in planning, coordination, and on-site execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Provide technical support to site teams and subcontractorsAssist with project planning, scheduling, and programmingPrepare and review RFIs, variations, and project documentationMonitor quality assurance and ensure compliance with specificationsConduct site inspections and manage daily site activitiesTrack project progress and contribute to cost controlMaintain strong communication with stakeholders and suppliers
Requirements
Experience in civil construction (subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, or infrastructure projects preferred)Strong technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesCommitment to safety and quality standardsRelevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
