About the Role: We're seeking a qualified electrician to join our growing team. This role offers variety, autonomy, and opportunities to up-skill in solar and HVAC. You'll be working with a team that values reliability, communication, and a positive attitude - plus we all enjoy a good laugh along the way.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Assist with air conditioning and solar work (training provided where needed)
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve in a safe, efficient manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company well onsite
• Complete paperwork and job documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle in good working order
• Work independently while communicating effectively with the team
About You: We're after someone who brings strong technical skills—and an even stronger attitude.
• Qualified electrician with relevant licenses (Apprentices will be considered)
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Experience in solar or HVAC (highly regarded, but not essential)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-presented, punctual, and reliable
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in their work and values doing the job right the first time
• Positive, team-focused, and easy to get along with (we like good people)
• Comfortable using job management apps/software (or willing to learn)
