Key Finance Leadership Role
The Corporate Finance Manager position requires a seasoned professional to oversee statutory financial reporting, investment reporting, banking relationships, tax advisory, payroll, transactional services, and financial risk management for the organization.

Core Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Corporate Finance, Payroll, and Transactional Services teams
* Oversee statutory financial reporting and investment reporting for the organization
* Manage core banking relationships and provide tax advisory support
* Drive initiatives to streamline and automate finance processes
* Enhance financial controls and risk management frameworks
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Deep expertise in AASB statutory reporting and income tax legislation
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into business improvements
* Familiarity with New Zealand accounting and tax frameworks (desirable but not essential)
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
* 7–10 years post-qualification experience in a similar finance leadership role
* CA or CPA qualified
* Degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field
