About the Role
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive direct sales growth across our expanding network. You'll work closely with business ownersandtheirmarketingteamsto uncover opportunities and build outdoor advertising campaigns that deliverROI for these businesses.
This is a role for someone who thrives on building relationships, understands how brands use OOH to cut through, and gets energy from winning new business. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own pipeline, withacollaborative team behind you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Prospecting, engaging, and developing direct client relationships across industries where targeted outdoor media is a natural fit — property, fitness, education,health/age care, and beyond.
* Building tailored OOH solutions that align with each client's marketing objectives and budget.
* Presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing new business.
* Managing ongoing client relationships to drive campaign renewals and grow account value over time.
* Working closely with internal operations and production teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
* Hitting and exceeding individual revenue targets while contributing to broader team goals.
* Keeping CRM recordsvia our Salesforce platform relating toforecasts, and pipeline activityso they areaccurate and up to date.
About You
* 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in media, advertising, or marketing services.
* A track record of winning new business through direct outreach and relationship development — not just managing inbound.
* Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and how OOH fits within a broader media mix.
* Confident presenter and skilled negotiator who can tailor a pitch to a local business owner or a national brand manager.
* Self-starter who's comfortable working autonomously while staying connected to the team.
* CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and solid Microsoft Office skills.
* Genuine curiosity about helping clients grow.
