Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Understand the dispatching and receiving of orders.
* Coach staff and liaise with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* Highly motivated, results‐driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Highly organized with strong time‐management skills.
* Experience in warehouse management.
* Ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coach and roster staff, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team.
* Motivation and a keen eye for detail.
* Experience checking delivery sheets.
* Effective, timely, and accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading trucks.
* A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a can‐do attitude.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late‐night shifts.
* Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred).
