Description: Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant supports the Finance Manager, completing routine accounting tasks, managing and processing various accounts and transactions, maintaining reports and monitoring the analytical budget for the Lycée Condorcet. Starting date: Ideally as soon as possible, or as negotiated - Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm Key responsabilities include but are not limited to the following: Prepare invoices Manage collections and debtor tracking Stocktake uniforms Assist with reviewing fee policies Reception desk assistance to ensure coverage Skills and Experiences: Qualification: Diploma of Accounting or a Certificate IV in Business Administration Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Capacity to maintain confidentiality. Ability to cooperate effectively within a team. Excellent ICT and communication skills (oral and written) in French & English Capacity to manage own time, complete multiple tasks within a set time frame and show initiative. Valid Working With Children Check Clearance.
