We're looking for a Community & Stakeholder Graduate to start their career journey in our Fulton Hogan Construction business, based in New South Wales.

Our Community & Stakeholder Graduates are involved with the development of strategies, events and collateral to inform and engage residents, traders, schools, community members and internal stakeholders about construction works taking place.

Working on major infrastructure projects in NSW, you'll have the opportunity contribute to the changing landscape of our region whilst playing an active role in our purpose of caring for the communities in which we work. Help us drive a strong community-focused approach throughout the delivery of our construction projects

About you:

Joining our team as an Community & Stakeholder Graduate, you will help us construct and maintain the transport infrastructure that connects and enhances the lives of communities across Australia. Delivering these exciting projects is no small task, but the lasting legacy they leave is big and tangible.

To be successful in the program you will have:

* Practical decision making skills
* A hands‐on approach to getting things done in a safe manner and as part of a team
* Passion, enthusiasm, resilience and drive
* Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and be willing to relocate to take on opportunities across the country to progress your career development.

To be eligible, you must:

* Have a valid right to work in Australia
* Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be due to complete your studies before February 2027
* Achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100.
