Role Summary
The Cluster Commercial Manager will work closely with the Commercial Director to drive commercial strategies and maximize revenue performance.
This role will assist with planning and executing commercial activities through supporting Revenue management, Sales, Catering and Events, Marketing, eCommerce and Public Relations teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profit performance.
* Support Revenue management in establishing forecasts and pricing strategies.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and owners.
* Provide accurate reports on sales leads and revenue.
* Assist in developing budget forecasts and work plans.
* Produces annual Revenue Plan and budgets in conjunction with the Cluster Commercial Director and Hotel Team.
* Develop key account management and measurement systems.
* Actively seek out new sources of business.
* Develop travel manager/booker programs and outbound sales initiatives.
* Meet targets on room nights and revenue.
Skill Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels
* Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
* Able to work under pressure
* An innovative self-starter with high motivation
