In brief, Basis supply and install, FF&E, appliances and mirrors for Tier 1 and 2 builders in NSW.**Key Responsibilities:**·Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to identify material requirements, measurements, and construction methods.·Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and related materials to manufacture joinery products and structural fittings.·Produce and fit timber components including frames, doors, windows, flooring systems, and custom-made wood structures.·Prepare and construct timber joints and assembled sections ready for installation on-site or within prefabricated structures.·Carry out repairs, adjustments, and maintenance of existing timber fittings and fixtures where required.·Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to complete workshop-based fabrication and assembly tasks.·Work with a range of materials including timber, laminates, perspex, metals, and aluminium components as part of the manufacturing process.·Ensure all work is completed in accordance with workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.**Skills and Qualifications:**·Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent qualification.·Minimum 1 year of full-time relevant industry experience (or equivalent part-time experience).·Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and technical documentation accurately.·Strong practical knowledge of timber construction methods, joinery techniques, and workshop practices.·Experience using woodworking machinery, power tools, and specialised equipment for cutting and assembly tasks.·High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and well-finished joinery products.·Good organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.·Understanding of workplace safety obligations, safe material handling, and general construction industry standards.
