Key Partnership Manager Role
This key role is responsible for designing, delivering and promoting funding programs, community investment activities, employee engagement and reconciliation goals across nib Group and with external stakeholders.
The role requires strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, and the ability to develop partnerships and shared value initiatives to support strategic objectives and reconciliation goals.
* Develop and implement funding programs, including co-design and activation of health and wellbeing programs with relevant stakeholders.
* Manage end-to-end projects and contracts for a portfolio of partnerships, programs and initiatives.
* Design and deliver employee giving strategies, including volunteering, employee nominated grants, fundraising and payroll giving.
* Execute communication strategies to share social impact with stakeholders.
Requirements include:
* Deep understanding of health and social sectors, with well-developed cultural competency.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Australia's not-for-profit sector, including corporate philanthropy's role in driving better health and wellbeing outcomes.
* Strong contract management skills, demonstrated program delivery and project management experience.
* First-class organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with hands-on experience developing, writing and delivering communications strategies.
* Talent for executing successful fundraising strategies, campaigns and events.
* Well-developed analytical and interpretive skills, with high attention to detail.
* Practical experience designing and delivering funding programs and outcomes measurement frameworks.
* Previous experience in grants and partnerships, philanthropy or corporate community engagement.
