Job Description
o Month-End & Reporting: Assist with reconciliations and provide key logistics billing performance reports.
o Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer invoicing issues related to logistics services.
o Logistics Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Generate accurate invoices, manage collections, and resolve billing disputes with logistics partners.
o Freight Billing Analysis & Documentation: Analyse billing data, ensure accuracy, and manage essential logistics documentation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
o Proven experience in an invoicing or accounts role, ideally within the logistics or transport industry.
o Strong understanding of logistics processes and terminology
o Excellent ability to multitask, prioritise, and build positive relationships.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management TMS Logistics (is ideal)
o Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
