Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
* Conduct analyses across manufacturing, inventory, and cost centers to support business performance improvement.
* Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to provide insights into trends and variances.
* Ensure accurate inventory valuations and monitor the cost of goods sold (COGS) in line with regulatory requirements.
* Track and report on capital expenditures supporting business case development for investment.
* Partner with operational teams to interpret financial data and inform decision-making.
* Maintain general ledger accuracy through journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
* Support month-end and year-end processes, audits, and compliance activities.
