Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and effective mine operation.
- Manage the Fleet Management System to maximise utilisation of load and haulage fleets.
- Provide an essential service communication link between production, maintenance, planning and operation employees.
- Capture and record accurate statistical data from the Fleet Management System.
- Manage and escalate site fatigue management, collision awareness, and environmental system alerts.
About You
- Previous mine production experience and understanding of the mining process.
- Working knowledge of fleet management and mine reporting systems.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure, prioritise, and solve problems with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.
- Commitment to health and safety and adherence to HSEC policies and legislative requirements.
