What does the role involve?
- Source, screen, recruit and induct candidates to client specifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and our workforce
- Coordinate daily shift, payroll and safety requirements
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, candidates and our workforce
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in recruitment, client‑facing sales, or account management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a strong team player
- Knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation preferred
