Leadership Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the clinical and administrative operations of a health and social care service, ensuring excellence in integrated, holistic care and youth participation.
About the Position:
Lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians, allied health workers, and support staff.
Implement and maintain all aspects of the centre service model.
Degree level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or other related health discipline.
Proven experience in leading complex planning and service development environments.
Manage operational systems for a health organisation, including resource allocation.
Provide direct services to young people and deliver youth-friendly mental health services.
BUILD EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
