About the Role
As our Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store's performance and the client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading, inspiring, and developing a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and personalised client experiences
• Driving sales performance and maximising profitability through strategic planning and effective performance management
• Ensuring inventory accuracy, minimising stock loss, and maintaining the highest operational standards
• Overseeing visual merchandising and store presentation in alignment with Tory Burch's global brand standards
• Fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture
• Upholding service excellence and consistently meeting key performance indicators

About You
We're looking for a leader who thrives in a refined, customer-focused retail environment. You will bring:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within premium, luxury, or high-volume retail or hospitality
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results through data, innovation, and people
• A polished, hands-on approach with a commitment to leading by example
• The ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and embodying the Tory Burch brand values
• A warm, confident, and service-driven leadership style
