This unique role offers the opportunity to provide direct, patient-centered care throughout the transplant process, from pre-transplant preparation to post-transplant recovery. As a critical member of the team, you will work closely with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
