We are on the lookout for a passionate, performance-driven coach to join our dynamic team of squad coaches.
Role: Squad Assistant Coach
Employment Type: Casual
We are looking for a coach with:
1. Well-developed knowledge and understanding of swimming technique
2. Knowledge of Swimming Australia’s progressive coaching model for junior and senior age group swimmers
3. Recent experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring training programs
4. Innovative methods to drive performance
5. Sound administration skills
6. Capacity to engage with and motivate both male and female junior athletes
7. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to manage individual differences and group dynamics
8. Strong planning and analytical skills
Pre-requisite qualifications:
1. Provide First Aid
2. CPR
3. Teacher of Water Safety
4. Through Their Eyes
5. Working with Children Check
