About the Role
The Sales & Broker Support Specialist will play a key role in strengthening relationships with brokers and aggregators, supporting our Relationship Managers and Business Development team.
* Collaborate with the Manila Relationship Management team to ensure brokers receive timely and effective support.
* Handle inbound and outbound enquiries across a diverse product range, delivering responses within expected timeframes.
* Provide tailored solutions via email, offering clear and customized guidance that helps brokers move forward with confidence.
* Maintain high-quality service while consistently meeting SLA response times.
* Use Pepper Money's tools and systems to generate detailed scenario quotes that support informed broker decision-making.
* Capture broker interactions in our CRM to ensure visibility and continuity across the team.
* Apply creative thinking to help brokers structure deals that align with our credit appetite.
About You
You are someone who knows how to build strong relationships and deliver great service.
* Communicate confidently with people at all levels and have a solid understanding of the lending space.
* Experience in financial services or mortgages is required.
* A good grasp of credit is essential to educate brokers effectively.
* Excellent customer service and people skills are vital.
