The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, you create a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Agent, you'll not only handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience, but you'll also help create the warm atmosphere that makes guests feel at home in any location. You'll bring ambition, talent and the key skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.


What We Need From You

* Ideally you will have 1 year of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services related role
* Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality related field preferred
* Experience using Opera Property Management System is highly regarded
* Literate and tech-savvy – good reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
* Articulate – warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
* Language – fluent in local language; extra language skills are a plus but not essential
* Strong problem-solving skills to turn potential issues into opportunities
* Look smart – adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
* Fitness – ability to be on your feet most of the day; may lift/push/pull objects up to 23 kg with equipment support
* Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and support the team as required
* Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
* You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia
