About the role
We are seeking a motivated Financial Adviser who has completed, or is close to completing, their Professional Year, or an experienced adviser with 1–3 years' experience, and is ready to step into a role where progression is linked to capability, contribution, and client outcomes.
This is a flexible, work-from-home role within a growing advice business that values commercial awareness, professional judgement, and long-term thinking.
The role is suited to advisers who want responsibility for their own results and who are comfortable building momentum through strong client engagement, rather than relying solely on fixed, time-based progression.
You will join a business with established marketing systems and ongoing client enquiry, while also having the ability to grow through referrals, professional networks, and existing client relationships where appropriate.
The Opportunity
From the outset, you will be involved in engaging with prospective clients, conducting discovery meetings, contributing to strategy development, and building long-term advice relationships.
You will work closely with the Principal Adviser and broader team across:
* New client engagement and initial meetings
* Strategy development and advice delivery
* SOA presentation and implementation
* Ongoing client relationship management
* Broader business growth and commercial discussions
Support, mentoring, and training are provided as required, with scope to take on greater responsibility as capability and trust are demonstrated. This is very much you building your own book of clients that you manage.
Lead Flow & Role Expectations
The business maintains consistent inbound enquiry through digital marketing and professional referral channels.
This role is suited to an adviser who is confident in client conversations, comfortable managing meetings flexibly where required, and accountable for progressing opportunities through a structured advice process.
The position offers autonomy over working hours, with an emphasis on outcomes, professionalism, and client service rather than rigid schedules.
A clear internal pathway exists across:
* Leadership and equity participation
Remuneration is linked to contribution and outcomes rather than tenure, with regular reviews and the ability for progression as responsibility and performance increase.
For advisers who consistently perform, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth, the role offers the potential for significant long-term earnings and ownership participation.
Equity pathways are available and on offer when certain milestones are met.
Who this role is for
This role will suit an adviser who is:
* Post-Professional Year or early-career (1–3 years' experience)
* Confident in new client conversations
* Comfortable converting warm enquiries and referrals
* Commercially aware and outcome-focused
* Ethical, professional, and compliance-minded
* Willing to take accountability for results
You will likely have:
* An approved financial planning qualification
* Professional Year completed or nearing completion
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* A long-term view of career development and income growth
Why Join Us
* Consistent inbound client enquiry
* Clear progression framework
* Performance-linked remuneration with no artificial ceilings
* Flexibility in how you structure your working week
* Direct access to mentoring from a Principal Adviser
* A growth-oriented, commercially focused advice business
If you are an adviser seeking clarity, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow alongside a developing business, we encourage you to apply.
