 
        
        Overview 
As the Workplace Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a more personal and engaging level of service at every touchpoint in the building, by being hospitable and forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with users through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience. 
Responsibilities 
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls 
- Manage meeting room bookings and catering requests 
- Coordinate with IT and Global Corporate Services teams 
- Maintain office areas and conference rooms 
- Greet and assist guests 
- Handle administrative tasks and support events 
What we\'re looking for 
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or corporate reception 
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour 
- Proficiency in MS Office 
- Background in financial/investment services or 4-5 star hospitality is a plus
