The Opportunity:
We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team as Member Support Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive club growth and revenue
* Build strong relationships with members and provide regular communication to ensure their needs are met
* Provide expert advice and guidance on our services and products
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the club
* Support member retention initiatives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You must have current First Aid & CPR certificates and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
