Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of The Ritz-Carlton Club to maintain high standards of service.
* Respond to special requests and ensure guest satisfaction by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers for services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
* Provide guests with information about the hotel and the surrounding area, including special events and activities.
* Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and requests. Contact relevant departments to resolve issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Review shift logs and daily memos, documenting pertinent information and ensuring any outstanding requests from the previous day are prioritized.
* Monitor and order general office supplies as needed.
* Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports from guests.
Your role will be to ensure that the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.
