About the Role
As a member of the Supplier Partnership & Performance Motor Team (SPPM), you will be accountable for supporting the implementation and driving the adoption and performance of Audatex across Hollard's Partner Motor Repairers.
Your duties and responsibilities
You will contribute to and champion innovation to drive improvement across all aspects of the Motor Related Supply Chain, delivering key metrics of Cost, Quality and Timeliness.
You will use your technical expertise and knowledge of the smash repair industry and work with the broader Supplier Partnership & Performance Motor team and Motor Assessing teams to identify improvement opportunities across our network of Partner Motor suppliers and Motor Assessing team.
You will contribute to the design and execution of Hollard's Supply Chain strategy across Hollard's Motor Repairers.
This role is key to managing the risks associated with Hollard's Motor Repairers which will include compliance with all relevant legislation.
You will promote a risk aware culture within Hollard and specifically across all levels of Hollard's Partner Motor Repairer network and Motor Assessing team.
You will proactively mitigate risk in our Motor supply chain and approach to claims management and continue to develop tools and support for those most vulnerable in the community.
About You
Must have experience using the Audatex net and or Qapter claims assessing platform
Previous experience in a Claims Auditor role, Motor Claims Supplier relationship management role or panel shop estimating role preferred
Strong knowledge of motor claims discipline claims discipline, practices and products.
Knowledge of the smash repair industry, including trends and technology used in the repair of motor vehicles.
Ability to deliver industry leading cost, quality, and timeliness outcomes through the successful implementation of Audatex platforms across Partner Motor Repairers and Motor Assessing teams.
Analysis of cost performance across Partner Motor Repairer network to identify cost saving opportunities.
