Job Description

This permanent, full‐time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Engadine NSW 2233

Service Specific: Brand new service, fresh resources to make it your own!

Schedule: Split shifts, Monday to Friday.Before school care: 7am-9amAfter school care: 2.05pm-6pmAdmin hours: 8.42Total hours: 38

The Role - Lead the Service

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you will lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

The Successful Candidate

* Natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
* Thrives in a fast‐paced environment and can stay energetic.
* Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and a can‐do attitude.
* Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‐aged children.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
* Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
* Completed mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment.
