The role
* Delivering high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to clients’ needs.
* Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive environment focused on patient wellbeing.
* Actively participating in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & Essential Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current AHPRA registration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
* Strong commitment to person-centered care and a compassionate mindset.
* Right to work in Australia.
* A registered, insured, and roadworthy private motor vehicle.
