* BIND (open‐source DNS)
* Linux/Unix system administration
* Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, UDP, latency and routing behavior
Deep Understanding Of

* Anycast DNS deployments
* Exposure to other DNS software: Unbound, PowerDNS, Knot DNS

ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management experience)
