This is an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse operator who has a passion for customer service and is a natural leader.
The role
As the Warehouse Customer service Team Leader, you will be the vital link between our warehouse operations and our valued customers. You will manage day to day service tasks, sales and ensure all enquiries, orders and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
To apply you will need
A current LF licence and previous experience in a forklift operator role, loading and unloading trucks and shelving in a similar role will be an advantage.
* A valid Forklift licence (LF) is desirable
* Storeperson, warehouse, logistics,experience an advantage
* Previous experience loading/unloading trucks an advantage
* Physically fit and able to do manual tasks
* Customer service skills and experience
* Sales skills and experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong communication
* Strong computer and technology skills
