Responsibilities
Assist brokers with applications, compliance, and settlement support
Liaise with clients, lenders, and partners to keep deals moving
Manage CRM data accuracy and workflow efficiency
Provide admin support across the brokerage team
Qualifications
Experience in finance/lending preferred but not essential
Highly organised, detail focused, and proactive
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Outlook, etc.)
