Job Description
* Coordinate and consolidate cash flow forecasts from portfolio companies, challenging assumptions and investigating variances.
* Prepare monthly cash flow reporting, including analysis against budgets, rolling forecasts and actuals.
* Analyse historical cash flows and quarterly cost base movements.
* Support portfolio companies with debt facilities, including utilisation tracking, covenant compliance and refinancing.
* Manage bank guarantees, including issuance, renewals, amendments and maintenance of registers.
* Monitor Group cash balances and provide analysis to support cash management decisions.
* Maintain bank account and intercompany loan registers and support related documentation.
* Maintain key financial documentation, agreements and registers.
* Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting.
* Assist with continuous improvement of cash flow forecasting and reporting processes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Analyst Should Have
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CA or CPA qualified.
* Previous experience working in a Big 4 or Mid Tier accounting firm (desirable).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
