About the role:
This senior leadership role oversees Medical Services and Clinical Governance across Central Highlands, addressing community needs. Working with the GM, ED, and leadership team, you'll provide expert advice on complex clinical and operational issues. As a GP or Rural Generalist, you'll promote quality improvement and help build high-performing healthcare teams across a large, diverse region. An excellent opportunity to apply your medical expertise in a strategic leadership position.
About you:
MBBS or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
Fellowship of either the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or fellowship of another appropriate Australian specialist college.
Enrolment and maintenance of ongoing CPD program with the appropriate bodies is mandatory.

Total remuneration value of up to $554,152 p.a. is comprised of:
A salary rate between $210,332 - $266,677 p.a. (L18-L27)
A salary rate between $210,332 - $251,527 p.a. (L18-L25)
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
