* Actively engage with volunteers, staff, NDIS participants & Aged Care clients.
* Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
* Maintain an understanding and awareness of key issues impacting NDIS & Aged Care participants.
* Assist and coordinate the recruitment, training, and orientation for new staff.
* Provide ongoing support to the Director, other office staff.
* Collate and report legal records in accordance with stakeholder obligations.
* Assist and maintain rostering portal to ensure all information and data is current and accurate, including some rostering.
* Actively participate in projects, initiatives, and community engagement events.
* General Administration Tasks as directed.

* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Organisational, planning, time management skills with attention to detail
* High level of computer literacy in using a range of Microsoft Office computer databases
* Current C Class Drivers Licence
* Working with Childrens Check
* Current Police Check
