The role requires engaging with employers to address skill shortages through innovative approaches such as role carving and inclusive recruitment. You will also facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you are confident in supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers.
Your qualifications in Employment or Human Services are desirable. Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively is essential. A strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions is also crucial.
