Site Engineer – Class 2 Apartments & Mixed-Use Developments (Tier 2 Developer/Builder)
We're partnering with a highly regarded 4 Gold Star iCIRT-rated Sydney Tier 2 Developer/Builder to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a Class 2 residential apartment development based in Campbelltown, NSW.
About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale Class 2 residential apartment project currently under construction in Campbelltown, NSW.
Projects typically include:
* Multi-storey residential and mixed-use developments
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities across site
* Assist with short-term programming, sequencing, and delivery planning
* Manage subcontractor coordination and site logistics
* Monitor quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
* Ensure WHS standards and site safety requirements are maintained
* Review drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, and technical documentation
* Track project progress and support reporting to the Project Manager and Site Manager
* Liaise with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
* Support project coordination from structure through to finishes and handover
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer within a Tier 2 developer-builder environment
* Experience working on projects within the $30M-$100M+ range preferred
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, QA, and site coordination
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
