*About The Role:*
Based at Manning Hospital and reporting to the Engineering and Building Services Manager or the LMNCS, you will carry out the repair, maintenance and installation of plumbing and hydraulic services in line with relevant standards and codes, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations. You will join a well-organised, highly regarded team known for getting things done, where no two days are the same.
*About The Role:*
In this role, you will carry out plumbing and hydraulic repairs, including fault finding and troubleshooting. You'll liaise with suppliers about parts and repairs, order replacement components, and help minimise disruption to patient care while working to relevant standards and legislation.
You will install new plumbing and hydraulic systems, upgrade existing services, and complete routine maintenance across sites within the Lower Mid North Coast Health District. This includes corrective and statutory maintenance of Backflow Prevention Devices and Thermostatic Mixing Valves.
You'll work to planned schedules while staying flexible to respond to the needs of the service.
*About You:*
You're an experienced plumber who knows how to manage your time and get the job done with minimal supervision. You're safety-conscious, dependable and happy to pitch in wherever needed.

*You Must Have:*
* A current plumber's license, and a willingness to maintain.
* Demonstrated experience in maintenance plumbing including the qualifications to repair/ replace and maintain back flow prevention devices.
* Current unrestricted driver's licence and ability to operate hospital vehicles.
* Physical and mental stamina to undertake maintenance service to a large health facility.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management and communication skills.
