Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, bar and pool club. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage departmental performance through effective revenue strategies and meticulous management of financial controls
* Create exceptional guest experiences by delivering warm, welcoming service with a relaxed yet polished approach
* Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture that prioritises guest satisfaction, community connection, and a proactive, sales-driven mindset


Requirements

Proven experience in a restaurant, bar or other hospitality venues, with a strong track record in a similar role. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.
