Capstone are exclusively recruiting a Technical Facilities Manager for the City of Sydney (CoS). As one of three Facilities managers, you will be responsible for delivering facilities management across a portfolio of 90 non-residential property assets of varied size and complexity, including industrial and aquatic centres. Located in central Sydney, your portfolio is valued at circa $1bn of the $3B of assets owned and managed by the CoS.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Facilities Manager who will oversee and drive the efficient delivery of all contracted FM services by the outsourced FM provider, including effective management of preventative planned & reactive maintenance, sustainability programs, WHS compliance, risk management and CAPEX.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Drive and effectively manage the FM Services Provider in delivering against KPI's including budget management, technical delivery and customer experience
- Compile relevant capital works programs for the portfolio to ensure they meet objectives; acting as the client representative.

**Criteria**:
To be considered, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in Technical Facilities Management outside residential property
- Qualifications & experience in electrical or mechanical (HVAC) services is preferred
- Stakeholder engagement & influencing combined with financial management skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment requiring passion and drive for results
