About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager on behalf of our client to manage a well-established residential portfolio within a supportive, positive team environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned Property Manager looking for work life balance, strong operational support, and recognition for their experience without the usual pressures of high-volume trust or routine inspections.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
* Liaise professionally with landlords and tenants
* Oversee compliance and best-practice property management standards
* Coordinate ingoing and outgoing inspections (with support)
* Deliver high-quality service and maintain strong client relationships
Skills & Requirements
* Current Property Manager's Licence (essential)
* Current driver's licence
* Proven experience in residential property management
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Organised, proactive, and service-focused approach
