YOUR ROLE
As a KEY player in this winning Corporate/Commercial team (being led and mentored by some of Australia's top corporate/commercial law partners), you will love helping blue-chip clients with sophisticated intellectually stimulating +interesting local/cross-border transactions relating to M&As, IPOs, corporate structuring, capital raising, corporate governance/compliance, and joint ventures+diverse commercial law eg franchising, IP, trade practices/consumer law.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* have 4+ years' experience (up to Senior Associate level) in corporate/commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions) with a 1st/2nd-tier national/international firm or specialist boutique firm;
* have strong research/technical/drafting legal skills+ a strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice;
* proven ability to manage client relationships;
* are ambitious+ driven to be the best you can be (professionally/personally)+ hungry to learn from+ be inspired by top passionate professionals.
