**About the role...**

The Finance Administrator is responsible for providing high quality services/ products and achieving efficiencies. Directly engaged in the operations of the business, the role is accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Distribution of daily mail, coding invoices, check and confirm bank reconciliations, lease outgoing reconciliations, etc.
- Provide supervision to the accounts receivable & accounts payable functions for designated clients
- Assist Finance Manager with client reporting and other ad hoc tasks
- Payment processing for dedicated IFM clients
- Ensure internal Financial systems correctly reflect all financial transactions pertaining to designated IFM clients
- Provide a high level of customer service to the clients, third parties and other staff members
- This role has the responsibility and duty of care to work safely, taking reasonable care to protect their own health and safety and that of fellow workers and visitors and to comply with the requirements of the health and safety guidelines, policies and rules

**About you...**

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrives on building relationships and providing service excellence.
- Bachelor Degree in an Accounting or related discipline;
- Formal qualifications or progress towards completing qualifications related to finance would be highly regarded (CA or CPA)
- Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of Client representatives and Evolve FM stakeholders
- Sound written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables on a daily basis
- Able to think strategically, innovatively and solve problems
- Very good Excel skills, analytical and reporting skills (including commentary)
- Previous experience in a finance related environment or an understanding of the property industry would be advantageous.
- Experience using Oracle Accounting Software would be desirable but is not essential.
