We are searching for an experienced and visionary Commercial Director to lead our Sales and Marketing team into 2025 and beyond. This executive-level position offers the opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in the continued success of our hotel.

What you will be doing
Manage and lead the Sales and Marketing team to exceed hotel budget, groups, C&E, food & beverage and marketing ROI'sResponsible for total business revenuesDevelop and execute the commercial strategies based on market analysis and business intelligenceIdentify and manage strategic partnershipsMaintain extensive knowledge surrounding all customers, key partners and exceed in a competitive landscapeYour Skills and Experience
Strong background in developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectivesSenior experience in brand management, traditional / digital marketing and E-commerceProven record of results and experience in the luxury hotel industryExperience in multitasking and forging key stakeholder relationshipsStrong commercial acumen, exposure to contracting and developing new businessDomestic and international experienceWhat is in it for you
