Skilled Labourers – Solar Farm Project (Wellington, NSW)
Elite Resource is seeking skilled labourers to join a major solar farm project in Wellington, NSW. This is a fantastic short‑term opportunity with the potential to extend, offering consistent hours and strong team support on site.
Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 10 days initially, with extension possible
Base Rate: $35/hr
OT1: $45/hr
OT2: $55/hr
What You'll Be Doing
General labouring duties on a solar farm site for maintenance purposes.
Lifting and handling heavy components safely.
Assisting trades and operators with installation tasks.
Supporting mechanical works — preference given to those with mechanical aptitude or experience .
What You'll Need
Valid White Card .
Own PPE (steel caps, hi‑vis, hard hat, gloves).
Previous labouring experience preferred.
Reliability and readiness to commit for the project duration.
No LAHA or accommodation provided .
This role suits local candidates based in Wellington or nearby areas with reliable transport.
