About the PositionReporting to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for carrying out various fabrication, welding and assembly tasks within the production team, including but not limited to:
* Operating machinery to fabricate components.
* Welding and assembling larger structures and components.
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Performing quality control checks, such as ensuring manufactured products meet company standards and specifications.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area.
* Working as part of a team and following all production and safety processes.
About YouTo be successful in this position with the voestalpine Railway Systems team, you will need:
* Trade qualification (Boilermaking or Fabrication).
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and pride in your work.
* Ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings and follow detailed instructions.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Willing and able to complete a pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol Testing
