Position Overview
As a Goodstart Educator, you will work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design, plan and enhance learning programs for children, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all. Your dedication to fostering a supportive setting will help children thrive and feel valued.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design, plan and implement early childhood learning programs.
* Promote safety and inclusivity in all activities so every child feels safe and valued.
* Apply the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards to guide curriculum and teaching.
* Support children's self-regulation and social and emotional skill development.
* Participate in programme review and continuous professional development.

Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
