Job Description
The role of National Business Manager is a key leadership position within the Sales team.
This dynamic individual will lead sales efforts and drive growth across key national accounts, particularly with Aldi and in alternate channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet company goals and increase revenue.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets; manage category review processes for all categories with key customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, focusing on Emerging, Alternate, and E-commerce channels.
* Negotiate profitable agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Conduct market research to identify new customers and market opportunities.
* Work with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and successful product launches.
