The Design Coordinator will work closely with the project team to coordinate and manage design documentation across various projects ranging up to $30m, based in their office north of the river.

Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Building Design, Construction Management or similar
* Experience in design coordination or similar role within commercial construction on similar projects
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
* Ability to assess priorities and manage time effectively
