Senior Business Analyst - Contract
Location: Sydney | Hybrid (2-4 days onsite)
Contract: ASAP start – Contract to May 2026 (potential extension)
Salary: $850 + Super per day
We are working with a large, complex education organisation delivering enterprise‐level programs of work and we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join on a long‐term contract.
The role
* Lead end‐to‐end business & process analysis
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops across complex environments
* Translate requirements into clear, high‐quality documentation
* Recommend practical, fit‐for‐purpose solutions
* Work within agile and hybrid delivery teams
About you
* Senior BA experience in large, structured organisations
* Strong business requirements & process mapping skills
* Comfortable engaging senior and diverse stakeholders
* Background in regulated environments (education, gov, etc.) highly regarded

* $850 + super per day
* Full‐time (5 days/week)
* Hybrid working
* Contract initially until May 2026
